Using I-pads in a Maths lesson

The Volume and Capacity investigation required students to contribute to mathematical conversations within the app "Explain everything" as they investigated buildings and then created their own. As students created their own towers, they recorded and shared their thinking as they developed an understanding of cubic centimetres and calculating volume. This was also beneficial as it was used as a pre assessment for students and gave me an understanding of where to next for their learning.
